Customer Satisfaction: At Grasshopper and Wild Honey, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges: We ship using UPS. The shipping charge shown during checkup is our best estimate of the shipping cost. Actual shipping charges may vary slightly from the estimated shipping charge. Some larger and/or heavier items may require a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard charge. Charges are applied per address. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping charges.

Delivery: Most items ship within 2-3 weeks. Some select items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Many items are in stock and may ship in as little as 3-5 days. Delivery on custom orders will vary by piece.

Returns and Exchanges: To return or exchange an item, include original receipt, and ship the item prepaid, in original condition to: Grasshopper and Wild Honey Returns, 113 East Main Street, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624. We accept returns for up to 10 days from receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on customized pieces. Depending on your order, a restocking fee may apply.
